At Relivo, every product is made-to-order specifically for you once an order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and deliver unique designs created for our community.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Because our products are printed and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery

We encourage customers to carefully review the size chart and product details before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong item

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at janish795@gmail.com.

Your email should include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos showing the issue or defect

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement approval is subject to review of the submitted evidence.

Refund Process

If a replacement is not possible, an eligible refund will be issued.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once a product has entered production, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because the item is being custom-made specifically for your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To reduce fraudulent orders, we may contact customers to confirm Cash on Delivery purchases before processing.

Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled at our discretion.
